Spike's Calculators

Calculate the amount of concrete needed for pouring concrete pads.

- number of pads needed (preset at 1)
- length of pad in feet and inches
- width of pad in feet and inches
- pad thickness in inches

- forming material needed, in lineal feet, for pad(s)
- amount of concrete needed in cubic feet
- concrete needed in cubic yards
- concrete needed in cubic metres

length * width * depth * number = volume

number of pads = 12 pad length = 2' - 6" pad width = 2' - 6" depth = 10"

2 feet + (6 ÷ 12) = 2.5

2 feet and 6 inches in a decimal foot amount equals 2.5 feet

10 ÷ 12 = 0.833

10 inches in a decimal foot amount equals 0.833 feet

2.5 * 2.5 * 0.833 * 12 = 62.475

You will need 62.475 cubic feet of concrete to pour these 12 pads.

To convert cubic feet to cubic yards multiply cubic feet * 0.037037037037037 To convert cubic feet to cubic metres multiply cubic feet * 0.028316846592 To convert cubic yards to cubic metres multiply cubic yards * 0.764554857984
